I had never been to their house before. This isn't a problem when I have directions and obsessed about google/microsoft maps of the place well in advance. However, I received a new toy in the mail today (as a bonus for buying something else) and it was a great opportunity to try it out.The little Garmin Nuvi picked a quick route and got me there within one minute of it's promised time. This is going to come in very handy for all those...trips...I take...in my car.... Okay maybe I'll have to loan it out alot.

I thought dinner was just out of the goodness of John and Sarah's heart, but no. I was informed last minute of one little caveat to the deal. Some tons of dirt had been delivered to the house, and SOMEONE needed to help John move it. Sheesh. After slaving away for hours (or 30 minutes, not sure) dinner was FINALLY ready.

This is the kind of slop Sarah feeds her fam every night. :-) Hey, her words! It was actually an awesome cheesy chicken....thing.

I ate half of the ciche and saved the rest for breakfast this morning. Terrific!! Thank you Sarah!
While John and I worked on earning dessert after dinner, Sarah and Levi just played around.

I can proudly say that Cora opened up and was very fun...but she still refused to permit pictures...sigh :-(

Lil' yippie Payton. I thought I only liked big dogs, but it turns out any pooch can grow on you.

Have you ever seen a pot filler??? Well, now you and I both have!

Thank you for the dinner and encouraging company guys! John and Sarah are graciously opening up their beautiful home every week for our Sunday School class and leading a Bible study for us this fall. I look forward to hanging out at your digs more this fall!
