Meetings

Not alot to report about events and people on the last Sunday of September (still catching up). We had a wonderful visit in EE, following up on a couple of church visitors from the week before. Jason and Leanne are a young married couple who just graduated college and moved to the area for Caterpillar. It's a good thing an EE presentation was not in order because their sweet dog, Harley, kept all five of us very distracted. Such a cutie!!

I both love and despise meetings at work. They always break up the monotony of the day, but seldom are they productive, or free from some of my most serious complaints about my job. Poor decisions of other people. The Only meeting I look forward to is the weekly team meeting where we discuss these bad decisions and agree that we are the only sane people around, except the QMs.

Once or twice a month I have a meeting at church for various committees. These I look forward to. However, they can go long, and trail off. This month, we did alot of trailing. My phone and pen (and camera) were my faithful distractions for our 2 hour meeting Monday night. Doug has much more patience than I. Scary.
